What is transformational life coaching?
Transformational coaching provides a non-judgemental, open, collaborative, and confidential space between coach and client - focusing on the client’s own thoughts, challenges, outcomes and goals.
It is a powerful way of exploring our personal beliefs and values and how these are shaping our experience of life, and our behaviours.
Transformational coaching enables a journey of self-exploration which can give you a greater self-awareness, and examine and reshape many areas of life.
As a Transformational Life Coach, I serve as a guide, mentor, and catalyst for change. I am here to help you create changes in your life, to help you get from where you are currently to where you want to be, to discover who you truly are and step into your own power and potential. Many people are on a quest to find answers to many vital questions that hold the treasure to abundance, balance and joy in their lives and through transformational coaching they get to explore and find answers to these questions. During this process you get clear about your best self, you discover your core beliefs and see how you’ve created your life around them, you draw out hidden resources, you work on healing the root causes of anything holding you back, allowing you to become a better version of yourself and allowing you to take on bigger challenges and solve bigger problems in your personal and professional life. By shifting perceptions around assumptions, habits, and experiences from your past you are creating a whole new way of being!
This work cuts to the heart of why you do what you do and get the results you get. In essence this process allows you to discover and find your authentic self. As a Transformational Life Coach, I am not here to tell you how to run your life, as you are the expert on that, no one knows your life better than you. As your guide, I am here to help you navigate and understand the complexities in your life from an objective view.

RTT® stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy, is a therapeutic approach that uses powerful, evidence-based techniques to provide people with the tools they need to make positive change.
The roots of RTT® are drawn from within areas of traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness. Its personalized approach works with clients to help them reframe any negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions – many of which they have carried with them since childhood.
Often, these have been so deeply buried in their subconscious that they are unaware of the past issues affecting them.
By giving the client the potential to alter the way they think and put an end to negative self-talk, they can approach life in a positive way and move forward.
How Does It Work?
Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. RTT® goes beyond this and focuses on identifying how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviors were formed. It then utilizes the leading scientific principles of neuroplasticity to enable the creation of new neural pathways in the mind.
The tools and techniques which form RTT® as a distinctive therapeutic approach are not purely theoretical. They were developed by renowned therapist and bestselling author Marisa Peer over the course of her 30-year career. Through hands-on experience, Marisa was able to establish what created real change, with real clients, in real sessions.
How is RTT® different from other therapies?
RTTⓇ helps the client uncover the root cause of why they feel the way they do. Unlike other therapies which focus on the issue or challenge, RTTⓇ helps the client discover the origin of the beliefs and behaviors that have led to their issue. Using a unique set of tools and techniques, RTTⓇ supports the client in transforming their current issue and moving forward with a new set of more beneficial and positive beliefs.
What Should I Expect From a Session?
Your RTT® professional will help you reach a deeply relaxed state to enable you to focus on past events. As the client, you will work alongside your RTT® professional to uncover the meaning and interpretation you created at the time and the beliefs you formed as a result. You can then move on to reframe the way you look at the past from your adult perspective today.
Once that has been achieved, your RTT® professional will help you to create new, positive beliefs. This will be reinforced with a personalized audio for you to listen to for 21-30 days to establish beneficial change going forward.
A Soul Plan is a type of spiritual counseling or healing modality that aims to help individuals understand their life purpose and challenges by exploring the vibrational frequencies of their name. According to the principles of Soul Plan, each person has a unique soul vibration that is reflected in the letters and sounds of their name, and this vibration can offer insights into their life path, talents, and challenges.
During a Soul Plan session, as a practitioner, I will analyze the letters of an individual's birth name using a specific method to uncover their soul plan. I will then use this information to offer guidance and insights into the individual's life purpose, strengths, and potential challenges. The session may also include energy healing techniques, affirmations, and other practices to help the individual align with their soul plan and overcome any obstacles.
The goal of a Soul Plan session is to provide individuals with a deeper understanding of themselves and their life path, and to offer tools and guidance for living a more fulfilling and purposeful life. While Soul Plan is not based on any specific religious or spiritual tradition, it is often seen as a form of spiritual counseling or healing that incorporates elements of numerology, kabbalah, and other esoteric practices
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. The word "Reiki" combines two Japanese words – "Rei," meaning "Universal Life," and "Ki," meaning "Energy." This practice is based on the idea that a life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. Reiki healing aims to improve the flow and balance of your energy to support healing and wellbeing.
What to Expect in a Reiki Session
1.Initial Consultation**: A Reiki session typically begins with a short conversation. This is where you can discuss any specific issues or areas of your life where you seek healing or improvement. It's also a time for the practitioner to explain the process and answer any questions.
2. Relaxing Environment: Sessions are conducted in a calm and peaceful setting. You will be asked to lie down on a massage table or sit comfortably in a chair. It's a time for you to relax, and there is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki energy passes through all materials.
3. The Healing Process: The practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above your body in various positions. These positions correspond to different body parts and energy centers, known as chakras. There is no pressure, massage, or manipulation involved. You might feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep relaxation. Some people experience emotional releases or have insightful thoughts.
4. Duration: A typical session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. However, the length can vary depending on your individual needs.
5. Post-Session Experience: After the session, you might feel refreshed, calmer, more grounded, and in a state of enhanced well-being. Sometimes, the healing process continues long after the session is over, and changes can be both subtle and profound.
6. Follow-Up**: It’s common to have a brief discussion with the practitioner after the session to share experiences, ask questions, and discuss any follow-up practices or sessions.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful healing practice that can have a positive impact on your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. It's important to approach it with an open mind and without specific expectations, as the experience and benefits can vary greatly from person to person.
**In addition to in-person sessions, Reiki can be effectively performed from a distance, known as distant Reiki healing. This practice is based on the principle that energy is not confined to a specific location and can be directed and transmitted across any distance.**

Alberto Villoldo's Illumination Process is a technique used in shamanic healing to help individuals release negative emotions and traumas that may be causing physical or emotional pain. The process involves working with a shaman or healer to access a state of expanded consciousness and identify the root cause of the issue.
During the Illumination Process, the healer uses a variety of techniques, such as sound healing, energy work, and visualization, to help the individual access a state of deep relaxation and connect with their inner wisdom. The healer then works with the individual to identify any negative emotions or limiting beliefs that may be causing the issue.
Once these negative emotions or beliefs have been identified, the healer works to release them and replace them with positive emotions and beliefs. This process involves using visualization techniques to help the individual release negative energy and fill themselves with positive energy.
The Illumination Process is often used to help individuals with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and other physical and emotional ailments. The process is based on the belief that healing requires a holistic approach that addresses the root cause of the issue and helps the individual connect with their inner wisdom and power
