**Step 3: Customized Therapy Preparation**
- **Process:** As a Certified Hypnotherapist and RTT® Practitioner, I will meticulously prepare for your session, tailoring the content specifically to your needs and goals.

**Step 4: Personalized RTT® Session (Approximately 2 hours)**
- **Process:** A blend of hypnosis and explorative discussion to uncover the root causes of your challenges, followed by a transformative process to alter your perception and reactions to these issues.

**Step 5: Tailored Audio Reinforcement**
- **Process:** A customized audio recording, created during your RTT® session, will be provided to you. This recording is designed to reinforce new beliefs and affirmations.
- **Usage:** Listen to this recording for 30 consecutive days to solidify the changes in your subconscious.

**Step 6: Ongoing Support and Follow-up**
- **Process:** Regular check-ins via text or email to support your progress, culminating in a comprehensive review 30 days after the session, aligned with your audio reinforcement period.
- **Outcome:** Ensuring lasting change and addressing any further needs or adjustments.
